The story starts out with an ex-marine called Jake Sully on his way to a planet called Pandora. His brother was part of a scientific project, He was meant to go in with a group of people, and become like the native people of Pandora. When Jake's brother died he was asked to take his place. I don't want to spoil the movie so I will stop there, but I would advise anyone to go and see it. It was an incredible movie. Though it is about three hours long it does not seen like a drag. its quite entertaining and fun for the whole family. it is available to be seen in 3D. I just saw it the normal way and really enjoyed it.

Avatar
I just saw the film Avatar in the Theater. It was extremely captivating. From the beginning I was immediately enticed by the story line and special effects. You could hardly tell it was CGI. The whole film seemed so real.
Its the 29th of December!!!!! Wait, why is that exciting??
^^^ You may have noticed the title of this post. Well to answer my own Question, no, today is not exciting. Well, at least not yet. I haven't really done anything today or yesterday and I most likely won't do anything tomorrow. I just realized how much more exciting my life was when I was in different counties. I miss my friends, I don't really see any of my friends very often. I don't see any of my friends from Australia or Thailand and I have not seen any of my America friends in a while either. *sigh* I am feeling very separated from the rest of the world. Its just because its vacation. I have seen a lot of family which is good. On Christmas day and Christmas Eve I saw my moms side of the family and just a couple days ago I visited my dads side of the family.
I wish I could be back in Australia or Thailand or anywhere but here. I like our house and I don't mind school but, something is missing. I don't know what it is. I have been praying about it but I just can't figure out whats missing. Anyway I am just blabbing. I don't really have much else to say.

Christmas time drawing to a close, Cake Boss, 2009 and other things.
Hmmmmmm...am I still feeling the Christmas cheer?? Well, my Christmas tree is up...how long are you meant to feel Christmassy for? I guess I don't feel like its Christmas time. Is it? I guess not. I am not really sure how long it is still Christmas time for after Christmas is over. I am still on school break. I don't start up again until Jan. 4. I am kind of dreading it. I really like being on vacation, I mean everyone does. I am not really sure what I should post about today. I haven't posted since Christmas so I don't want this to me a little, lame, post. I guess it doesn't really matter, no one really reads this. I post mostly for myself anyway. Its fun and a good way to occupy my time.
I have been watching Cake Boss on TLC a bunch lately. I got it on DVD for Christmas. For those of you who don't know what it is, Its a television show about a bake shop where this guy and his staff make these incredible cakes. Its super fun because some of the Cakes they make are so extreme, they don't even look like cakes. Anyway, here I am blogging about cakes and TV. LAME. I just don't have anything interesting to post about over vacation.
I was just looking back on this year. Its about to be 2010 and it just makes me think about the amazing year 2009 has been. At the end of 2008 I was in the USA getting ready to fly to Australia. Now at the end of 2009 I am back in the USA having been to Australia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand in just a year! I have had the most amazing experiences and made the best friends I could ever want. I know its been a great year because I spent it serving God! Its has been the best year of my life so far!! I can't think of another year of my life better then this one!!!
Happy New Year!

School, Christmas, YWAM, and all thingls life related.
I had to go back to school today. Usually that would put me in a bad mood but we didn't really do anything so it was not a difficult day nor was it a humiliating day. Though, about half way through the day during English class, we were watching A Christmas Carol and I nearly fell asleep. I tend to be a little tired during the day but not half as tired as I was today. I got home and hung out with my sister then ate dinner and now here I am, blogging. I am feeling kinda sick to my stomach today so I might go take a rest soon.
I tried to use a different theme for my blog but I didn't like it so I changed back. I like the simplicity of this layout! I was trying to think of something to jazz it up though....but I don't know if I will make any changes just yet. Maybe I will just add some pictures. I have been thinking a lot about it so I just can't help it. I am excited, I love the Christmas season. Its so fun to see family, get gifts and celebrate Jesus Christ!!!!
Today i was thinking about how much I miss Australia and Thailand! I know I have not really talked about my travels on here so I guess I should do that now. Last January my family and I went to Perth, Australia so my parents could take a school that is part of a missions organization called Youth With A Mission or YWAM. It was amazing to be there and I grew so much in faith. It was an amazing experience and I made heaps of friends. We went on a missions trip to Papua New Guinea. That was even more life changes and I am so glad God sent us there. After that my family and I went to Thailand so my parents could take another school run by a sort of subdivision of YWAM called Create International. Create is an organization that uses evangelistic video and other media to send the gospel into the nations! It was not all about my parents during the training program, I got to sit in on a week of the class and I learned a lot. I grew a lot in faith in the last year because of the experiences I had. It was amazing to go all around the world and tell people about God. I would not trade the experiences I had for the world.
I have to go help my dad wrap my mom's prezzies so I now bring this post to a close. I know no one really reads this so its more a diary that people can read but no one chooses to read then a blog. Anyway, I don't really care much if anyone reads this but if you do please post a comment.
Thank you.

I was just thinking about how soon New Years Day is. Its going to be 2010 so soon. Its weird to think about, it sounds so futuristic.......2010!! I guess once it is 2010 it won't feel so weird anymore, I will just be normal. The year won't have another _00_ for almost a thousand years. That to me is odd to think about, but you just can't slow time. No matter what we do, in 10 days it will be 2010 and there is nothing anyone can do. Its not a bad thing. Progress is good, and TIME is obviously a very important thing. I just don't really know what to thing.
Anyway, on a happier note, now that my dad is back from Thailand I am getting more and more excited for Christmas. I won't bore you by making this post all about Christmas because I have already posted about it and I don't have much else to say. I am just really feeling the Christmas Cheer so I think about it a lot! Today I went shopping with my mom for rapping paper. I love rapping paper, there is something about it that is just so inviting (probably the fact that is generally covers presents)
School was canceled today because of the snow (I told you that in the last post...oops) Anyway, I am not sure what I am going to fill my day with. Maybe I will play Lord of The Rings, Trivial Pursuit with my family. We did that yesterday, we are such nerds. Its really fun though, I love those movies. I plan to read the books some time. Right now I am reading Oliver Twist because I am going through a Charles Dickens phase, I just finished A Christmas Carol.
I have realized that I am not a very skilled writer so its good I have this blog because its good practice. I like writing but its never been something I am particularly talented at. I am not bad at it I am just not necessarily skilled. I do have other skills though which is good. I am pretty good with Photoshop and I have been learning piano in school and I am doing pretty well at that.
I am on the Honor Role at school which is awesome, but I am afraid I will be off this quarter because I have not been doing to great in Math or French. I really wish I had picked Spanish instead. Everyone who takes Spanish at my school loves it. Anyway, Its time for Family Nerd Hour (Lord of The Ring Trivial Pursuit) so its time to draw this post to a close.

12/20/09
I just realized that instead of having to come up with special, fancy titles for my posts I can just use the date. I am not really good with titles. Anyway, I don't really have much to blog about today. It was just an average Sunday. I don't have school tomorrow on account of all the snow. This makes me very happy because anything that stops me from having to go to French class is good. I like the language but my french teacher mumbles and class is a nightmare. Anyway, I am happy about the snow day but I am not sure what I will do tomorrow. Things get a little boring on some of the more quieter days of life, you know what I mean. Anyway, this is an extremely boring post so its best I don't continue.

Christmas Time is Here!
Today was an average Saturday. I didn't do anything grand but I spent some quality time with my family. For most of the day i chilled and listened to Christmas tunes then watched Doctor Who for a while. FUN! Now I am just sitting in my warm bedroom, super jazzed because its finally snowing!! I am really feeling the Christmas cheer now. All I have to do now is go Christmas shopping. I need to get gifts for my friends but I am really not sure what to get anyone. I live Christmas Time!!!!!!! I am super excited for Christmas. There is just so much joy in spending time with family, getting gifts and celebrating the birth of Jesus that is so amazing. I wanna say again how jazzed i am that it is finally snowing!!
The Start of A New Blog
How do you start a blog? I am not really sure. I guess I will just start out by saying "Welcome to my blog!" Its an obvious start to a blog but I am not sure what else you say. I hope that I will be able to keep up the posts but I'm not sure if anything interesting will happen for me to post about. Anyway, since this is my blog I should probably say some stuff about myself. Well, I like music and reading. I love traveling and spreading the Word of God. I love life that is full of laughter, music, Faith in God and family and friends that make you sing and dance with joy. So anyway, that's me.
